The Office of Student Media provides administrative coordination and support for four editorially independent student media organizations at the University of Tennessee: The Daily Beacon, Phoenix Literary Arts Magazine, Lumos Media Services and Ablaze magazine.

The office operates to benefit the campus community through the publication of quality media and to provide opportunities in journalism, digital production, marketing and co-curricular leadership for the development of interested students.
